Dance stretch bar for over splits.

Dancers use a stretch bar to work on splits and over splits. Always be sure to do a full warm-up first. Start on the lower level of the stretch bar and slowly work towards the second level.

Directions: Be sure you can do full front splits on the floor. Place foot on the first level of the Dance Stretch Bar and slide back. Keep your arms down to catch yourself on the floor, just to be sure you do not over stretch.
